Being one of the first to secure a unit,the first to upgrade to larger size once seeing the quality an the potential for long term use. Then once again with passing of my mom. This all being in a 3 month period. The owners handled our changes esp. With the passing of our mother. The ability to pull your vehical , trailer , uhaul in to easy access door is great depending on vehicle size up to 4 vehicles can unload . Large carts are plentiful for use. Soft music plays throughout building. Climate control insures your valuables are clean,dry an mold free. I learned my lesson the hard way . We rented 2 large units in vermilion 4 years ago, lost approximately ten thousand dollars of our home furnishings. Roof leaked one spore of mold spreads like wildfire. Having used our home insurance which i reviewed with to be sure of off property coverage.purchasing secured locks from rental place to calm my worries . Long story short. Establishment denied leakage ( my items had pools of water on ) My insurance said no coverage on leaking walls. Thank you Harborview storage . Great rates with a peice of mind knowing your valuables are safe.
